1. Who we are

Sprintum is an Education and Technology Solutions company headquartered in Brasília, Brazil. For privacy matters, contact us by email at contato@sprintum.tech.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, company (optional), subject and message, provided by you.
• Daily news digest (newsletter): the email address you enter at /noticias, the date of the request and of the confirmation, and the IP address of the request (to prevent abuse). Sending only begins after you confirm through the link we send you; every email includes an unsubscribe link, which deletes your address from the list.
• External channels: when you use WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Hotmart, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.
• Browsing data: this site does not use tracking cookies or analytics by default. If a metrics tool is added, this policy will be updated.
• Ads: visitors who arrive through an ad, such as Google ads, may carry campaign codes in the page address, such as the click identifier. This site does not store these codes: they are only passed along in the link to the Hotmart checkout page, which has its own policy and may use ad measurement tools.

3. How we use it

To reply to your message, send proposals you requested and notify you about launches when you have expressly asked us to. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process data based on your consent and on the carrying out of preliminary steps toward a contract (Article 7, items I and V, of the LGPD). We keep messages for as long as necessary to handle your request and, after that, for up to 2 years as a record of our relationship, unless a different legal obligation applies.

5. Sharing and processors

To run the site and receive messages, we use hosting and form submission services. These providers process data only on our behalf and in accordance with their own security policies.

6. Your rights

At any time, you may request confirmation that your data is being processed, as well as access to, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and you may also withdraw your consent. Just write to contato@sprintum.tech. We respond within 15 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is infallible; if a relevant incident occurs, you will be informed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this text to reflect new tools or legal requirements. The date at the top indicates the version currently in effect.
